The Challenge
The Brand set out to strengthen brand-health and consumer relationships by evolving their existing influencer program as a vehicle to increase the brand’s growth.
Our Strategy
We deployed a personalized, human-centered ambassador program of 9 diverse and family-focused influencers, the #Brandfam, who creatively emphasize how the brand supports their real-life moments. By building surprise and delight moments into our program strategy, such as brand meet & greets and themed gift boxes, ambassadors posted 153% more earned content than one-off partners!
